New Homes Update – Dec 28, 2020

Our contractors have been working steadily on the new homes being built in Emerald Ridge! Here are updates on the homes currently under construction.
2648 Indian Jade Lane
2648 Indian Jade is our Emerald model.

Our showroom is nearly completed! The carpet will be installed this week, and they will be putting the finishing touches on this beautiful home to be complete by January 8.
We look forward to welcoming you in early 2021!
852 Fire Agate
852 Fire Agate is our Ruby model.

This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 3 car garage & space for RV parking. It has an attached storage unit, covered porch, and large covered back patio with a hook-up for your gas grill.
The roof is finished, and they are sheet rocking this week. Stucco should begin soon.
The cabinets, granite, tile, and flooring have been ordered, and are pictured below.

Expected completion is mid-February 2021.
854 Fire Agate Lane
854 Fire Agate is our Amethyst floor plan.

It offers double master suites, a covered back patio with views of the Grand Mesa & Bookcliff Mountain Range. The living room, dining, and kitchen are set up with a great room feel, and the kitchen includes an angled island with the sink. The kitchen has a wall oven and cooktop, as well as a walk-in pantry. The 3rd bedroom in 854 Fire Agate has french doors, making is perfect for an office or den.
The cabinets, tile, granite, and flooring have been ordered, and are pictured below.

Expected completion is March/April 2021.
856 Fire Agate Lane
856 Fire Agate is our Sapphire model.

Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath new construction home in Grand Junction! Offering a split bedroom design, with the master suite tucked behind the 3 car garage, and separated from the living area by the walk-in closet. This floorplan includes a covered entry, back patio, and comfortable living space. The kitchen includes appliances, a breakfast bar island, and walk-in pantry.
The cabinets, granite, tile, and flooring have been ordered for this home, and are pictured below.

The foundation has been poured, and they hope to begin framing in January 2021.
853 Fire Agate Lane
853 Fire Agate is the first home of our Topaz model.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a split bedroom design, this time with the master on the front to enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield, the Bookcliffs, and the Grand Mesa. Like our Amethyst, the master suite has a roll-in shower, but no soaking tub. The kitchen includes a storage island with a breakfast bar, appliances, and a pantry.
The most noticeable feature of the Topaz model is the optional built-in RV Garage with a 12’x14′ door and high ceilings. This will allow you to park a small RV or Sprinter Van inside your garage!
The cabinets, quartzite countertops, and tile have been ordered for 853 Fire Agate, and are pictured below.

The foundation has been poured, and they hope to start framing 853 Fire Agate in February 2021.
These are the homes currently under construction in Emerald Ridge Estates. We are planning to begin 3 more of our Topaz model in March 2021, as well as a few 2-story homes down on Tiger Eye Lane.

Hi, what are the price ranges on these different styles of houses being built in Emerald Ridge Estates? Also what are the average lot sizes. Are there HOA dues? Do these houses have crawl spaces or basements of any kind? How soon can we walk through a finished model(s). Thanks, Mrs. Sherri R. Laird
Lot sizes average 0.33-0.37 for most of the lots in Filing One. Each home is at least semi-custom to fully custom, which will directly affect the price of each home. Homes are required to be at least 1800 square feet with a 3 car garage, and we estimate that home prices will begin in the mid- to upper-$500,000’s.
Some of the homes are on slabs, some have crawlspaces, and basements are certainly an option. Our designer is currently working on a floorplan with a basement.
We hope to have our first model completed in mid-January, with the next few homes completing roughly once per month.
